Corn Sundal

 
Being a fan of sundal, I tried making this sundal which turned out very delicious. This is also a very healthy snack. I’m sending this recipe to Cooking with seeds event(CWS):Mustard seeds.
  
Ingredients:Corn Sundal 2
Steamed Corn kernels 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.

To splatter:
 
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
Ginger 1 tbsp.
Green Chilies 2
Coriander leaves Few

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. When it splutters add the green chilies and ginger. Then add the streamed corn kernel, salt, and coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and serve hot.
