I usually prepare this whenever I get mangoes.
Ingredients:
Mango – 1
Jaggery - 1 /2 cup
Salt – a pinch
Procedure:
Cut mangoes into small pieces and pressure cook it without adding water. Heat a pan, add cooked mangoes, jaggery and salt, and mix well until the jaggery has melted. Mix well and remove from heat. Yummy, kids would love it. Serve with lunch, idly, dosa, etc.
